Class Types

An array of different classes from calm restorative sessions to more physically challenging flows.
Every body…not all poses are for everyone, you can adjust for your body…..EACH CLASS has added savasana and linger time after the posted length of classes.

Yang/Yin (90 min.)

Work between opposing sensations. Build the fire – yang, and melt into softness – yin. This class moves from strengthening poses into supported and restorative poses. Postures are held for longer, and although there is flow to the class it is done at a slower and accessible pace – perfect for those new to yoga and those who want to slow down, feel, and move with intention.

Power Flow (30 min.)

30 min flow class to energize and reset you to tackle your afternoon. Perfect for a “power lunch”.

Flow and Let Go (60 min.)

Move mindfully through your postures while connecting with your breath. Intuitively flow from one posture to the next while building strength in your body and your mind.

Restorative Touch (60 min.)

Come and find support for your body and your spirit in the practice room. Long, deep, supported stretching with attention to breath, and guided intentions. Assisted stretching and essential oils take your zen to the next level.

Fresh Flow (60 min.)

A flow class with a stellar hip hop and top40 playlist. This class moves outside of the traditional postures and integrates repetitions, core engagement, and creative transitions from pose to pose. Building strength while igniting your inner fire.

Burn (30 min.)

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL YOGA CLASS! This is a 30min HIIT (high intensity interval training) inspired by yoga. Come and find your edge as we do sets and reps of the poses we all know and love (or love to hate)!

Slow Flow (60 min.)

Move and feel your body as you flow like honey through a challenging asana (posture) practice, completing your night with deep juicy yin poses.

Funky Flow (60 min.)

Diane’s signature class begins with a 5min seated meditation where you will focus on the presence of your breath and a weekly intention. Her class will flow and synchronize movement with the beats in this themed music class. Prepare to get loud, funky, and sweaty! When you are in the flow – breathing and moving with the beat of the music you will have no choice but to leave the mind, drop into your body, and get lost in the trance of your practice.

Aroma-Yin (60 min.)

Need to round out the funky flow? Add this class to your FriYay experience. Find yourself immersed in a full body and sensory experience, each week will have a different theme and essential oil choice. This will be a slow, meditative practice done mostly on the floor. Holds will be long and supported, challenging your mental endurance. Yin restores balance to your body and mind countering the busy ‘yang’ lifestyle most of us lead.
